Simon's Rock College in Great Barrington presents TUCUMAN: THE CHILDREN TWENTY YEARS LATER, an exhibition by Julio Pantoja in the Doreen Young Gallery through November 15. The exhibit, which also features a selection of arpillera tapestries, made by the mothers of the disappeared, documents the children of the victims of repression in Tucuman, Argentina. Pantoja's goal was to photograph the children over seven years, the same period of time that the military dictatorship lasted. These photographs are meant to document the existence of the disappeared and tell their terrible story. Free and open to the public; the Gallery is open Friday through Sunday from 2-10 p.m. For more info call 413-528-7209.
