Keep Harwinton’s Finances on Even Keel

Ellie Woike has served Harwinton for over 18 years as its Treasurer. During that time she has earned in excess of $2.1 million in interest on town deposits. Our most recently completed year shows over $200,000 in interest income.
Over the past 18 years, Ellie has lost two elections to well-meaning but ill-equipped candidates. In each instance the town has had to turn to Ellie to pick up the pieces and finish out the terms of those candidates. Sucessfully!
This year another well-meaning candidate has come forward to challenge Ellie. Let’s avoid another period of on-the-job training with our tax money.
Reelect Ellie Woike to keep Harwinton’s finances on an even keel.
