WINSTED: Northwestern CT Community College presents "The Breathing Coach" from 7-9 p.m. Using the breath in a learned process is a healing modality that addresses our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. This workshop will open our awareness to the power of our mind, how our thoughts can manifest our greatest potential, and how we can be coached to attain this level of whole body healing.
