Who Was There?

Want to know if so-and-so was trying to sober up on their lunch hour? You’ll just have to attend a noon meeting yourself; since the meeting is considered to be "confidential," advisors will not inform you by phone.
Whether you’re there because of a court order or because you’ve decided to seek help yourself, how can you be sure that your attendance at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting is really "confidential" when other attendees may in fact be babbling to outsiders later on?
