A Marriage in Style

It was a Saturday afternoon and I was traveling in my car down Main Street in Torrington. I passed by St. Francis Church and noticed a lot of people of all ages dressed to the occasion standing outside of the church, apparently waiting to congregate inside for a service. It seemed like a wedding was about to take place. A white limousine was parked outside the premises.
As I traveled further down the road, to my surprise I saw a horse-drawn carriage with the bride and groom sitting side by side, looking cheerful as they approached this important event in their lives. I grinned to myself, thinking how special days like this can be to the people involved.
The horse and buggy was just the perfect idea of a marriage set in style. Much luck to the bride and groom, and may all marriages be as happy and pronounced as the look on that couple’s faces as they took that ride down Main Street.
