TORRINGTON: The City of Torrington holds a public workshop on the downtown redevelopment project at 6 p.m. at the Yankee Pedlar on Main St. This is the last of a series of sessions that will play an important role in shaping the redevelopment project, and will be a crucial component of the City’s conceptual master plan for downtown. Findings, recommendations, and draft alternative land use maps will be presented at this meeting. This one-hour session is part of a series on the Major Religions of the World that are meant as an introduction to the knowledge we need in today’s world.
