Weekly Peace Vigil in Winsted
Winsted Area PeaceAction will be holding a weekly Peace Vigil at East End Park in Winsted on Sundays from noon-1 p.m. We intend to show our support for the use of United Nations inspectors to go into Iraq, and against the U.S. government’s proposed plan to invade that country. We believe that peaceful means should be used before even considering the use of force. The time to speak is now.
