Miniature Golf Tournament a Success

Although the weather was not on our side, the members of Winsted Fire Department Niagara Engine 3 managed to hold a successful first annual miniature golf tournament.
We want to thank the area merchants who made so many generous donations; without them we would not have successfully raised funds for our scholarship. Thanks go out to All Points Quick Lube, Cackleberries Restaurant, Carl’s True Value, F.A.V.A.R.H., Gilson Café, Gina Lauretti Realtor, Ivery & Dudley Pharmacy, Jeff Gagnon Construction, Jerry’s Deli, Jessie’s Restaurant, Monaco’s Ristorante, Painful Pleasure, Rose Sullivan, Sullivan-Nightengale Real Estate, WFD Deputy Chiefs, WFD Fire Police, Winsted News, and Winsted Super Saver. Also, a very big thank you to Rob and Sue Moore of R&B’s Sportsworld for sticking with the rain and us.
