Energy Assistance Available in Torrington
Applications are still being taken at Torrington City Hall for energy assistance. When applying, proof of all current income for all members of your household must be submitted, along with your latest CL&P or Yankee Gas bill. If heat is included in your rent, a rent receipt must be provided.
Clients must make appointments by calling 489-3858; hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
