Morris Senior Center Offers Income Tax Assistance
Free income tax assistance for senior citizens will be provided on Tuesdays from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Morris Senior Center. Those filing taxes are required to provide current documents such as W2 forms showing income earned, along with 1099’s showing income from pensions, IRA accounts and interest from stocks or bonds, Social Security statements, and forms showing other income sources. Your federal and Connecticut 1040 forms must also be presented.
