MERIDEN: CT Vaccine Information Alliance presents the 2003 Conference on Bioterrorism Preparedness: Informed Decisions for Educated Actions from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, 275 Research Parkway. Barbara Loe Fisher, President of the National Vaccine Information Center, will speak on smallpox disease and the vaccine. U.S. Air Force Major Russell Dingle will speak on anthrax disease and the vaccine. Teresa Younger, Executive Director of the CT Civil Liberties Union, will speak on civil liberties regarding the Patriot Act and the Homeland Security Act.
