U.S. Air Force Major Russell Dingle will speak on anthrax disease and the vaccine. Teresa Younger, Executive Director of the CT Civil Liberties Union, will speak on civil liberties regarding the Patriot Act and the Homeland Security Act. Pamela Behrman, Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the College of Mount Saint Vincent, will speak on how to talk with children about natural and man-made emergencies, both during and after the emergency.
