Open Studio Day at Road Kill Press

Road Kill Press invites the public to tour its workshop at 13 Lane St. in Kent on Saturday, October 27 from noon-4 p.m. Demonstrations of etching, lithography, monotype and letterpress printing will be given. All guests will have the opportunity to try the process of creating their own embossed print. Prospective members will be able to view the facility and inquire about membership. Print collectors can learn more about the methods used by artists to create original hand-pulled prints. A variety of etchings, woodcuts, lithographs, linocuts and monotypes created by Road Kill Press members will be for sale, and the artists will be available to talk about their work.
