Boycott Stanley Products

By Charles D. Smith, Thomaston

The Stanley Works joins the long list of corporations jumping on the Communist Chinese slave labor bandwagon. The globalist congresswoman Nancy L. Johnson is trying to put a positive spin on this, but the fact is that there isn't one!

Even though the products are made in China, the U.S. consumer certainly will not see a savings in these goods. The huge profit will go directly to upper management and stockholder hands—the American worker be damned. Since greedy corporations only care about the bottom line, show them ours from a worker’s point of view. Simply refuse to buy products tainted by this flawed vision of systematically severing the American workers’ pay in half.

If everyone simply put back on the shelf all products made in such a manner, the offending manufacturers would either make products and create jobs here, or they will cease to exist. Let the process begin with me; I plan to boycott all new Stanley products from this point forward.
