Holiday Sale at Canton Clay Works

Canton Clay Works and the CT Potters’ Cooperative Association present the holiday exhibit and sale, "A Potter’s Market," from November 17 through December 29. Come and enjoy the artwork of seasoned, well known ceramic artists such as Tim Scull, Betsy Tanzer, Barbara Katz and Lisa Stinson, as well as emerging new artists. Functional vases, bowls and mugs, as well as non-functional works of art will be on hand in a broad range of styles.

Other fine, one-of-a-kind craft items will also be on display, including sculpture, scarves, baskets, wood, jewelry and glass by such artists as wood turner Allan Czellecz and glass jewelry artist Dennis Peabody. There will also be two-dimensional works for sale, including watercolors by Carla Neihaus and paintings by Jim Gorman.

Tim Scull has expanded his business into the upstairs space formerly occupied by the Creamery Gallery. Canton Clay Works is located at The Creamery, 150 Cherry Brook Rd. (Route 179) in Canton. For directions or more info, call 860-693-4800.
