UPDF soldiers, supported by the United States and trained by U.S. Green Beret's, have perpetrating terrorism on innocent men, women, and children in Central Africa. The United States is one of the leading arms sellers to Africa.

Ashlee Elizabeth Jacquier Scholarship Established
     Stop & Shop Supermarket and Oliver Wolcott Regional High School have announced the establishment of a $1,000 memorial scholarship in the name of Ashlee Jacquier. The scholarship will be given to a graduating senior in the culinary arts program. A junior in the culinary arts department, Ashlee was killed in an automobile accident on August 31, while on her way to school.

Zukerman, NYC and Winsted 1, 2, and 3 These photos of Ground Zero were taken on December 26 from an office window on the 46th floor of 1 Liberty Plaza, which had been closed for many weeks following September 11. There had been concern as to whether this building was structurally sound after the attack. To the right (north) of the site, next to the white building with the stepped roof, a crowd of people can be detected (if with a magnifying glass).
