HARTLAND

: Elderly Health Screening Service holds a 60-Plus Wellness Screening from 10 a.m.-noon and 1-2:45 p.m. The one-hour test includes blood pressure check, blood tests, electrocardiogram, urinalysis, vision test, blood in stool, height and weight, health history, glaucoma test, pap/ pelvic/ breast exam, prostate check, and hearing screening; individuals will receive instructions from the trained staff. Bring a urine specimen, and have nothing to eat or drink (except water) for three hours before the tests, but do take your medications as scheduled. Suggested donation is $20, or $25 with pap test. Suggested fee is $25 for Colebrook residents, $35 non-residents; appointments are required. Blood, EKG, Pap, glaucoma, urinalysis and hearing tests will also be available for an additional fee.
