Women's Voices Conference at BCC
     Berkshire Community College, 1350 West St. in Pittsfield announces that New York City standup comic Janet Rosen will close the fourth annual Women's Voices Conference on Saturday, March 9. The conference, which features authors, drummers, actors, storytellers and more, is part of a series celebrating Women's History Month.

Amy Gallatin & Stillwaters at University of Hartford
     Amy Gallatin & Stillwaters, local musicians known throughout the world for their expertise in country, folk, bluegrass and Western swing music, will appear at the University of Hartford on Saturday, March 2 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilde Auditorium, located in the Harry Jack Gray Center. This concert is part of the 2002 "Music for a Change" benefit concert series; proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity.

Friendly Foosball at Brodie Park
     The Friends of Brodie Park held the first of many "Friendly Foosball Tournaments" on Saturday, February 16 at Berkshire Hall in New Hartford. Approximately 30 people participated in this fun-filled event. Grand champions of the tournament were the team of John Pierce and Gary Morrissey, who cleanly eliminated all the competition!
