: Canaan Northwest Lions Club hosts a Chicken and Polenta/ Corned Beef and Cabbage Buffet Dinner with continuous servings from 5-7 p.m. at the Masonic Hall. Menu includes chicken and polenta or corned beef and cabbage along with potatoes, carrots and dessert. Cost is $10 adults, $5 children (under 10), under age 3 free; take-out orders will be available. : Morris Congregational Church holds its annual Corned Beef Dinner at the Morris Community Hall with continuous servings from 4:30-7 p.m. Menu includes corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, beverage and dessert. : First Congregational Church, 835 Riverside Ave. holds a Roast Beef Dinner fundraiser for church programming from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
