$1 Million Grant for Winsted Water Lines
     Congresswoman Nancy Johnson joined USDA Rural Development State Director David Tuttle to present the Town of Winsted with a $1 million "big check" on March 28. The funds have been awarded to the town in order to rehabilitate water lines that have become old, undersized and inadequate for service and fire flows.
