The Winchester Taxpayers Association held its annual meeting on Wednesday, April 17 at the Log House Restaurant. The Association re-elected Bob Bixby as president, Leesa Ringstad as vice president, Carol Crossman as treasurer, and John Gauger, Jr. as secretary. The Association voted unanimously to oppose the town budget. The budget, as presented, will mean a significant increase in taxes, and it places an unfair burden on the taxpayers. More ... |
