Parenting Classes at McCall Foundation The McCall Foundation, 58 High St. in Torrington offers the following classes: • Siblings Without Rivalry — Learn about various family relationships and dynamics and how to respond to sibling "battles." This five-week parenting class begins on Wednesday, July 10 from 6-7 p.m. • Anger and Stress Management — Learn how to identify and better handle your anger and stress. This eight-week parenting class begins on Thursday, July 11 from 6-7 p.m. A fee may apply. • 1, 2, 3, 4 Parents — For parents with children ages 1-4: Learn about the complex job of parenting and your young child’s behavior and needs. This four-week class begins on Tuesday, July 16 from 6-7 p.m. • How to Talk to Kids About Drugs — Learn how to openly discuss the issue of drugs with your children. Join officer Tom Vannini, Community Outreach Worker from the Torrington Police Department, on Monday, July 1 from 11 a.m.-noon. Babysitting is available during all classes.
