Love Is Forever
Our Precious Loving Father gave both of us a special gift—a measure of love, to be shared, cherished and nurtured, for always. We did just that for period of time, and the tender plant of love flourished and grew into a feeling of fulfillment and mutual joy. Time passed. Then, as sometimes happens (even to one's treasured flourishing rose bush), comes a destructive external force that all but destroys that cherished plant of love. It appears to wilt and die. Is there no hope to revive it? Again time passes. But love never gives up. It must not be spurned or tossed aside. When God gives a portion of love, it cannot, ever, be returned or destroyed. It is ours, forever, and will survive the onslaught and bloom again! |
