Community Supports Superintendent Palmer

At the July 15 Winchester Board of Education meeting, many support and teaching staff as well as students’ parents and concerned citizens took the time out to show their support for Superintendent of Schools Judy Palmer. The attendance of so many sent a clear message to the Board of Education that Superintendent Palmer has a foundation of support from diverse groups in this community.

A leader can often best be measured by the degree of loyalty and support he or she engenders from the troops beside and below. If Monday night’s attendance is any indication, Superintendent Judy Palmer is doing a fine job indeed.
