     Over the years I have taught just about every age of student. Ray Pavlak [Death by Voucher, July 19] blithely mentions that the Cleveland public schools will be experimenting with vouchers for the next five or ten years.

     We are writing to publicly acknowledge a number of people who came to our aid on Saturday evening, July 20. We were preparing to participate in the Highland Lake Watershed Association boat parade when we discovered that our boat had sunk right in front of our cottage.

A Marriage in Style
     It was a Saturday afternoon and I was traveling in my car down Main Street in Torrington. I passed by St. Francis Church and noticed a lot of people of all ages dressed to the occasion standing outside of the church, apparently waiting to congregate inside for a service.
