Our "Tattoo" has been gone since Thursday night, September 5. He was last seen in the evening at the end of Skinner Road, off Danbury Quarter Road in Winsted. We fear he may have been picked up as a stray or eaten by a coyote or fox. He is a six-year-old Himalayan snowshoe and weighed about 16 lbs. A large reward of $100 is waiting for his return. After 33 years of living here in Connecticut, I must say Winsted is no longer a safe place. Keep your loved ones indoors at night! I learned the hard way.
