Thursday, February 20 TORRINGTON : The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance support group welcomes Robert A. Adriani as its guest speaker during its weekly meeting at 7 p.m. in the Small Dining Room (off the main cafeteria) at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. Mr. Adriani will speak about the Connect to Work Center's benefits counseling program through the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services. He will address the work incentives for Social Security Disability Insurance recipients and various programs that are available. Mr. Adriani is currently employed as a Benefits Specialist by the CT Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS); his prior experiences include work as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at BRS, and as a teacher/ counselor in an alternative high school program for students at risk.
